Drøy to år gammel. Sitron, eple, strå, eik, aprikos, litt vanilje, hvit pepper, osv. Lett funk og gård. En del melkesyre.

Still standing, crisp and clean with the slightly funky and oxidised apple and sweet lemon. This would be a good fit for oysters!

Bottled 03/09/2019, purchased 13/02/2020 for €7.50… F1 is back baby! This was lush, more sweetness, maltiness and body than I remember and plenty of refreshing apple and funk

Seeing as #StoutSunday was AF this week I might as well participate in #SourSunday too. Perfect level of carbonation in this bottle. This is drinking really well, green apple skins, warming oak & a healthy dose of funk. Very dry. Classy old Cantillon.
