Lemon funk goodness, complex af but so enjoyable.

Very strong barrel, and I love it. Definitely less bright than your typical lambic. Really love it, but loses some of the qualities I love about lambic. Thank you so much Nick B.!

My first lambic ever, thank you Eric G. it was incredible,

Blend #6 courtesy of Eric G. and this might be one of my favorite Cantillon bottles to date. Nose is full of tobacco and vanilla soaked funk. There's a potent tang and aged hop character to it as well as some stone fruit on the back. Outstanding!

More cantillon lemon-geuzey-funk thank spirit barrel. Definitely letting my bottles develop a little longer. Quite sweet and acidic at the same time.

Cheesy funk. Dry champagne-like aftertaste.

That sweaty apple cider lambic character but less aggressive. cognac lends some spice, wet oak, caramelized apricots and a balanced touch of sweetness that lingers into a barnyard finish. Probably the most nuanced spirit/barrel I’ve had since VGT ~ 4.7

Yes. Insanely complex but delicate. Cognac blends with the citrusy lambic notes super well. The signature Cantillon gym sock funk is there but not overpowering

Special treat for Birthday. Very aromatic, beautiful smooth oaky Cognac, mild vinegar, hints of mint. Very smooth to drink, oaky, slightly vinegary, cigars, leather. Rather low carbonated. Really amazing brew! Coordinates never let me down

This beer was a little disjointed imo. Need more time to smooth out and come together

Wow big barrel presence. First time I’ve said boozy to a lambic or something 7% lol, not in a bad sense but the cognac let’s you know it’s there. Im really enjoying this guy, barrel works well with the base. Fantastic!

Gros potentiel.

What a banger. Definitely you taste the sweet notes of the cognac barrels. I’m glad I brought all my lambics from NL to PT to share with my Portuguese friends!

Way better than the 2018, more carbo, way more barrel coming through, Cantillon funk, even some fruity and tart tints, some rubber, cheese and brett. Super balanced and most likely the best 50N so far...
