This was quite nice, didn't get a lot of unique notes from the barrels though. Very soft and approachable, low acidity. Would love to try an older bottle at some point

Flat. Mild funky lambic, sweetened and caramelised apples. Brandy, white grapes. Hints of vanilla, wood and alcohol. Very gentle, broad sourish aftertaste with some more broadening and tongue sticking alcohol. Very refined. Awesome beer.

Klar øl med hvidt skum. Dufter til at begynde med tydeligt syrligt men ændrer til egetræs noter. Samme sker for smagen der med lidt tid i glasset bliver mere og mere kompleks og vinøs med en tydelig efter smag af fad tanniner og en spike af cognac

Gebotteld in 2020. Mooi vol BA zoet, maar het zure is er wel een beetje uit. Nasmaak is wel weer terug. Mooie Stairway to heaven.

자두 같은 프루티함이 엄청나게 또렷하게 올라옴. 향에서도 맛에서도. 새콤달콤하고 살짝 떫은 맛이 마무리에 나기는 하는데 진하지는 않음. 음용성 좋게해주는 정도로만. 너무 빨리 마셔서 문제일정도로 음용성이 좋은.

C’est très cher mais c’est d’une finesse remarquable, fermier, doux, avec le cognac en fond, du lourd !

Haha. Très cool de pouvoir acheter des bouteilles après l’événement. Version Cognac ici. Une première pour moi et j’ai hâte de goûter à d’autres versions.

Dry, smooth, mildly sour with some grape notes. Elegant and excellent!

There's a shocking amount of barrel in here and it's lovely. Great down the middle battle with the heat versus the funk.
