LCI from last night. Another stunner - sharp fruits, dry finish.

Early Xmas musty funk. Fabulous colour. Delicate red grape. Relatively acidic. Plenty of oaky tannins.

Kirpeä, mutta tumma - kevyen hapokas. Rypäleinen, pitkä jälkimaku. Jotenkin mieto, mutta silti tosi hapan, Cantillon.

Better than I remember, quite full, but still really soft. Subtle sweetness, but no match for the dryness. Grapes, tannic and notes of red wine. Smooth and balanced.

Raisins soaked in red wine. Prune juice with some delicate tart redcurrants and a twist of lemon. Fruity and dry mouthfeel, softly sour, slight chalky finish.

Je m’attendais à plus. Vineuse et fruitée mais peu complexe et aucun funk. Sèche, peu sucrée et aucun tanin. J’ai vraiment préféré St-Lam que j’ai bu récemment. Enjoyable en masse tho.

Bottled 3 Nov 2020. Light, rose, floral. Dry, minimal tannins. After a while, a bit salami taste. Or rather boar saucisson. It is good but not as fruity as Saint Lamvinus for example.

Złożony zapach - winogronowo-mleczne, mocno owocowe, subtelnie derkowo-dzikie. W smaku kwaśność na poziomie średnim, powtarzają się rzeczy z aromatu, musujące wysycenie. Octu prawie brak, za to plus. Smaczne.
