Funk relativement prononcé, raisin plus prononcé et impression vineuse légère. Fortes notes de thym et de basilic, étrangement. C'est très bon, mais j'attends de voir ce que donne une bouteille vieillie.

Złożony zapach - winogronowo-mleczne, mocno owocowe, subtelnie derkowo-dzikie. W smaku kwaśność na poziomie średnim, powtarzają się rzeczy z aromatu, musujące wysycenie. Octu prawie brak, za to plus. Smaczne.

I could probably believe that this is a bottle of blabaer. Massive blueberry & dark red fruits. Most integrated and easily favorite young aunis I've had.

Bottled 3 Nov 2020. Light, rose, floral. Dry, minimal tannins. After a while, a bit salami taste. Or rather boar saucisson. It is good but not as fruity as Saint Lamvinus for example.

One of my latest bear's house crappy growlers. This time worked just a bit better, carbonation is good enough and it has lost just a bit, I think the beer itself is too young, with some green flavors and something not so good. A shame since I love aunis
