Resin, rose, flowerish, red fruits, cherry, winy, funky, sourish. Flavor is moderate funky, tarty, dry, winy, resinous, barnyard, straw, smooth and balanced.

This may have taken over St Lam as my favorite Cantillon. Berry fruit with light tannin. Less tannic and brighter than St Lam. Wonderful

This is ridiculously good. Jammy and sweet, funky and layered, notable black pepper spice, maybe some cinnamon, on the finish. Crazy complex beer. Maybe the best grape lambic I’ve ever had. Love this.

Fruity with some red currant and cherry notes, grape stems and seeds on the back, nice to try on tap.

Zawodzi mnie ten dałnis. Wciąż, to jest świetne piwo, ale takie jakieś wybrakowane, nic tu się nie wybija, głębia też nie jest jakaś bardzo szczególna. Nie wiem czy podstawki z canti mi mocniej nie siedzą.

Might be the best water profile I’ve had from Cantillon yet. Grapes are very jammy. Has a pretty prominent rye like spice note.

4.1 C’est pas mauvais du tout mais vraiment pas assez de corps pour moi, c’est trop aqueux. Le nez est de plus en plus joli par contre : floral et sur le poivre, et vraiment beau funk au nez en avançant. À voir comment ça évolue mais pas de grosse claque.
