LCI, pareltje ! Gezien de kleur verwacht je bessen maar is een heel elegante lambik met veel diepgang. Druiven, lichte funk, droog, scherp maar mooi zuurtje met zachte en droge afdronk

Nose is insane. Both in the sense of smelling it a mile off, and the depth of musty funk. Overall flavour's actually fairly gentle, though impeccably balanced. Juicy (if lightly dry) red grapes with typically addictive Cantillon funky funk. Perfect carb.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful. Acetic is present yet so balanced on the beer. Grapes, caramel, strawberries, red apples, dry but also sweet. The background is full of cherry and wood. Nuances everywhere on a beer that's also extremely simple. Love it.

Une belle bouteille pour célébrer la fin d'une année assez shitteuse merci. Nez doucement vineux et sauvage. En bouche c'est super délicat. Vineux sans trop de tannins. Funk modéré. Belle finale/complexité. Top tier pour mes goûts. Bonne année guys!
