Vinous fruity sour red grapes intertwined with redcurrants, cranberries and unripe plums, mellow wood, mild funk with a very light acetic touch though may be strong fruit acids. Overall balanced and with great complex depth. Top.

Red grapes. Jam. Lemon and tangerine. Light sour, vinous. Grapes are sweet in the mouth when the beer warm up. Lightly carbonated.

Jest Wielkanoc, więc octowe klimaty na miejscu. Kielecki i Lambic d’Aunis, oba top. Pozdrowienia dla Pan Rami R., z Twojego czekina dowiedziałem się, że wkrótce już tylko Kielecki nam pozostanie 🍻

Juicy bit tangy red grapes chopped and drizzled with lemon juice, a little dollop of cottage cheese & red wine oak barrels on the nose; taste is juicy, jammy, skin on grapes with a gentle lactic acidity and little funk; then some white peppery spice joins

Raisins soaked in red wine. Prune juice with some delicate tart redcurrants and a twist of lemon. Fruity and dry mouthfeel, softly sour, slight chalky finish.

Én ilyen korán még nem kezdtem inni (pláne egy előző este után), de baszunk rája. Ami a sört illeti, nekem picit édes és alulkarbonált. Remélem nem dobnak ki 😆

Better than I remember, quite full, but still really soft. Subtle sweetness, but no match for the dryness. Grapes, tannic and notes of red wine. Smooth and balanced.

Cantillonin lambicin tuoksua. Maltillinen funkki. Rypälemehu on esillä reilusti, mutta lambic yhdistyy hyvin mukaan. Hyvä kuohkea suutuntuma. Happamuutta löytyy reippaasti.

Kirpeä, mutta tumma - kevyen hapokas. Rypäleinen, pitkä jälkimaku. Jotenkin mieto, mutta silti tosi hapan, Cantillon.

Bien meilleur qu’à mon premier essai. On y retrouve bien la référence au vin.

J'aime beaucoup se cépage de raisin. Le vin servit avec était magnifique
