Zblizony do 2019, mocno smietankowe, waniliowe i winogronowe wyrazniej, 4,4, s: mocno kwaskowaty, waniliowy, owocowy, winogronka, skorka winogron, piwnica i stajnia stlumiona, wyrazniejsza kwasnosc w tym, 4,3 overall.

A po tym wieku nie czuc a i tak pyszka. Troche bardziej w strone winogronowa.

Dry & vinous. Very delicate taste combining acidity and funk. Grapes are huge on this one. An excellent lambic ad usual. ⬆️4.65

Je m’attendais à plus. Vineuse et fruitée mais peu complexe et aucun funk. Sèche, peu sucrée et aucun tanin. J’ai vraiment préféré St-Lam que j’ai bu récemment. Enjoyable en masse tho.
