Delicate, fruity and very balanced. Tart, mild funk for a grape lambic and easy to drink.

This is ridiculously good. Jammy and sweet, funky and layered, notable black pepper spice, maybe some cinnamon, on the finish. Crazy complex beer. Maybe the best grape lambic I’ve ever had. Love this.

This may have taken over St Lam as my favorite Cantillon. Berry fruit with light tannin. Less tannic and brighter than St Lam. Wonderful

That’s beautiful. One of the more recent vintages I’ve had. Fresh cherry juice, skin and stems included. Shifts to fermented yeast, oak, charred barrel, and straw-like earthiness. A bit of nutmeg/cinnamon/clove, as well.

Wow top 3 des meilleurs bières que j’ai bu. Au nez c’était food terps, genre foie de volaille. En bouche c’était insane raisin, spicy, fruité, délicat et dry. Superbe bière accompagné d’une mousse de foie gras c’était incroyable. S/O au clocher penché

Un des meilleurs pairing Lambic/Vin qui fonctionne , c’est léger avec acidité contrôlée, le pineau d’aunis ressort bien frais sur la fraise comme dans le vin , c’était superbe

Smooth well balanced, drinks like a saison but with complexity of the lambic, subtle hints of the pineau d’aunis (berries,grape) but no acidity compared to its seasonal counterparts (vigner& st lam) bittersweet vibes drinking this with lemasson wine
