Üsna linnasene, viinamarjane, natuke lamedavõitu. Siiski on see cantillonie omase hea tasakaalu ja marjasusega. Hea lambic, aga mitte super.

Najvise me podsjeca na one bijelo-optocene kobase, plijesan stovec... E sad cijeli podrum takvih kobasa. To je ta aroma.

11/3/20 bottle shared with Vince, and Dave at Mercer. Some subtle, and peppery Aunis notes, but it’s mostly Cantillon house funk, cereal, green grape, and vinegar. Didn’t love this bottle compared to previous ones.

Cantillon maakt echt super lekker accuzuur. Fruitig zelfs.

This needs time also. Vinous mark is regular, clean, soft. Carbonation is vivid, vibrant, doesn’t look complex but straightforward on the classic pomace. Tartness is good. 4.15

Есть винная танинность, но чуть сухо. С белым виноградом удачнее

Cantillonin lambicin tuoksua. Maltillinen funkki. Rypälemehu on esillä reilusti, mutta lambic yhdistyy hyvin mukaan. Hyvä kuohkea suutuntuma. Happamuutta löytyy reippaasti.

Juicy bit tangy red grapes chopped and drizzled with lemon juice, a little dollop of cottage cheese & red wine oak barrels on the nose; taste is juicy, jammy, skin on grapes with a gentle lactic acidity and little funk; then some white peppery spice joins
