Aged nath is always better than fresh nath, could probably aged a few more years at least to hit peak

Cheers Kevin. Fruit has faded of course but super interesting. Had this once at the brewery-not gonna change the rating. So delicious.

Great vintage. Definitely different and quite funky. Tarty and smooth but the sourness definitely mellowed out.

Has lost much of the fruitiness and now it's mostly floral. But still a total banger

Quite improved actually since my last taste 4 years ago. Rhubarb funk blending nicely with lambic.

From last night at LHK. Happy New Year! Nath 2017-2022 vertical. My favorite was 2019, followed by 2020 and 2021, 2017, 2022 and 2018. Love love love rhubarb
