Faint rhubarb flavour, something herbal, hoppy bitterish. Lemongrass? Herbal funky, mild sour aftertaste. Some rhubarb too. Lost much of its rhubarb flavour, but very good nonetheless. Great complexity.

P’tain ce nez est quand même pas ragoutant. Entre soufre et combustion de cigare. La rhubarbe est discrète (4 ans quand même), et c’est pas si acide. Carbo quasi flat. Ça s’ouvre un peu avec le temps mais je trouve quand même pas ça incroyable.

Aromas of spring??? Rhubarb comes through, tastes like a fruit pickle, quite well integrated, not much else jumps out apart from a nice velvety texture
