Het proefje na de rondleiding. Eiken, stro met wat lichte bloemen tonen in de geur en smaak. Mooie lagen van smaak. Weinig koolzuur, gaat richting wijn.

Not my favorite, but it’s obviously not meant to be drunk yet. Totally flat, but already some nicely developed flavors. I can see how it’s the basis for the other ones

Belgium-Pt. 2: Good, but a very one-dimensional basic young sour. Interesting to taste what their base is for all their beers though, and to see how the older blend added to it creates the magical gueuze.

あんまり酸味はなく、むしろ少しのモルティさと渋味を感じるな。全体的にはドリンカブルなサワーという印象。少しグレープフルーツ。うーん。物足りないな。
