Belle surprise compte tenu des commentaires qui trainent sur cette bière. Bone dry, zéro gazéifiée. Chêne suri, cuir/grange. Côté astringent qui me rappelle du zeste de citron/lime. Finale sèche. Très clean.

Uitnodigend aroma, valt plat in het glas. Zacht van smaak met een klein zuurtje. Als apero en pairende met aspergesoep zeer degelijk.

Heerlijke apero en enorm goed in combo met verse aspergesoep. Aroma vrij zoetjes en zacht.. smaaksensatie ondanks de eenvoud en eenzijdigheid. Je proeft de kwaliteit met een lichtzurig kantje. Topper om deze avond te starten!

Bottled 16/03/2020: Habe das Datum zu spät gesehen; daher wahrscheinlich zu früh geöffnet. Null Kohlensäure, aggressiv sauer, herb, grüner Apfel. Hätte aber noch was liegen können. Hätte, hätte, Fahrradkette... Gut ist's trotzdem

Delicious bday treat. Big blue cheese off the nose. Wildflower honey & orchard fruit running through a very still, very delicate lambic body. Light floral character & minerality but it’s actually quite round overall. Tartness, dryness, & funk in balance

Nice moist cellar, white grapes and mild horse blanket. Sharp white grapes, sharp gooseberry and lemon juice. Finishes with brett and under ripe white grape and oak tannin. Strange with no carbonation, seems much more astringent

Noe bitterhet, noe fat, noe funk, noe syrlighet. Helt flat. Kan ikke vi dra til Belgia, så får Belgia komme til oss! Ahh!

Koń, derka, jakby brzoskwinia, ciekawy aromat. Niemal płaskie, mocno pestkowe. Kwaśność niewielka ale ściąga pod koniec. Taki niestandardowy Lambik, ciekawa sprawa.
