Muitas frutas vermelhas frescas em evidência: framboesa, morango, pitanga, acerola. Funky elegante. Acidez acética alta, com nuances salgados da transformação bioquímica. Seca e salivante.

This has transformed quite a bit over the last 3 years. Complex seedy stemmy raspberries, lots of tannin, some funky yeasty business, and a huge puckering sour note on the finish. Very tasty but probably the most sour Cantillon bottle I've had, damn son

Honnêtement, c’est absolu au nez entre confituré et compoté framboise avec une ampleur aromatique sur le fruit inégalable! En bouche 👄 c’est plus léger mais avec toute la sauvagerie des Cant et le pulpy du fruit sous la dent ! Presque absolu quoi !
