Une des très très bonne Iris dégustée jusqu'à présent. Léger végétal, presque rhubarbe, gros gros funk, c'est tellement bon. Acidité modérée à élevée. Wow. Need more of this. Dusty, bonbon Rockets, acidité comme des bonbons en poudre.

After many years, the bolder hop flavor of Iris has finally subsided. The acidity has become balanced and melded together with a nice softness and age. It is subtle and delicate, finally. Non fruited and non wheated Cantillon is unique and special.
