Een echt plezier! Enorm lekkere druivenlambik, gemaakt met most van verschillende druiven. Doet denken aan orange wine. Beetje dat stringente van de tannines, citrus, sinaasappelschillen. Gaat perfect samen met de typische cantillon lambik.

Very orange wine forward, but very different from Racine or Sophia, more contrast in between the sweetness of the wine and tartness of the lambic. Nice nutty notes and candied citrus coming through, should evolve very nicely in a few years

Œil : jaune, col fin. Nez : grosses notes de raisins blancs, léger céréales, brett. Bouche : acidité bien présente, vins blancs/raisins, léger malt. Douceur du raisin en fin de bouche.
