Ik vond hem iets minder dan de laatste keer. Tikkeltje zuurder en daardoor minder gebalanceerd. Tannines zaten ook verder weg. Slecht laten agen?

This was one fizzy vinegar. Poured a deep violet with a sweet nose. Very acidic, definitely great with a moldy cheese or some Smoky charcuterie

Super funky on the nose, with a hint of fruit and pepper on the nose. Surprisingly smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied. Tart, funky, and fruit throughout the palate. Dry, slightly tart finish. Good stuff.

향긋하고 막판에는 살짝 스파이시한 뉘앙스도 도는 예쁜 포도향. 단맛이 살짝 도는 맛. 그냥 맛있음
