Lambic and accompanying wine. The wine is grape skins, some spice, dry finish. The beer pours a lovely soft reddish, nose of soft red wine and funk, palate is a beautiful mix of mouthwatering base of mildly tannic red wine qualities, with all of the soft

Miam. Vineuse, raisins bien présents tant dans le goût sur les tannins. Légèrement funky. Par contre, un peu trop de solvant au nez et en bouche une fois réchauffée.

Aroma: grapes, red fruit, berries (gooseberry, blackcurrant), and funky, dusty notes, farm-like. Flavor: close to the aromas, slightly stronger brett notes, the Cantillon way. Body: high carb, light body, medium sourness, dry all the way. Brilliant.
