Plus légère que dans mes souvenirs et meilleurs le deuxième jour c'est bien équilibré avec des jolies notes veineuses sans être exubérant ça reste sympa

Je suis tellement content d'avoir goûté ce produit. Au nez, l'acidité est très présente, mais en bouche, c'est essentiellement sur le raisin. Une finale plutôt sèche, mais très appréciable. J'aimerais bien goûter à nouveau dans quelques années.

Special beer for Emerson’s 5th! Truly unique Cantillon and one of the best I’ve had from them! Super delicate but full of flavor, sweeter than anything I’ve had from them, soft, almost chewy fruit, tons of funk and oak in the finish. Delicious!

Remindsme of St Lamvinus with a touch less grape, more lemon, and slightly more oak and funk in the finish.

熟成樽に入っていた元のワインとの飲み比べ。ワインを含んでからこいつを飲むと同じタンニン感が繋ぎになってランビックの尖り具合をさらに丸め込んで旨味だけを引き立てる。貴重な機械でした。
