LCI. Et de 2000 pour terminer un super week-end. Tout ce que j'aime dans les lambic à base de raisin, on est dans l'entre deux, entre le vin et la bière, avec une carbo absente ou presque. Très fruité et funky, avec de légers tanins. Super !

Très intéressante, on goûte bien le vin, le fruit est là, un peu astringent, finale en douceur.

C'est vraiment très bon. Bien équilibré à souhait. Beau côté vineux et raisin, superbe funk du lambic, mais en gardant la texture propre à Cantillon. C'est vraiment une réussite. Un plaisir. Merci encore Mich.

葡萄感強く、酸味。ランビックらしいというよりは現代的なイメージ。爽やかな酸味とちょっとの植物感。Drogoneの2018と飲み比べたがまあ印象はあるかな。ワインの方は果実味強めで少し渋味強め、アルコール感。南の濃厚さ。ただ、好みとしてはランビックの方が酸で切れて良いなあ。

I loved the 2020, this guy is just as good, funky and wine fruitiness. Real tasty. Good stuff

Today was unforgettable and this lambic helped push it to the next level. I can’t say enough about this bar too. It’s a must visit in Roma

Not quite as tart as the nose promises, but beautiful fruity, light and complex, with a dry vinous tannins finish.

No 7 on the left. Subtle grape presence but that presence is dominating. Complex but drinkable.

Awesome! A lot like Saint Lamvinus, but less robust grape qualities. Looking forward to try the wine & extra bottle at home!

Had a huge Cantillon share earlier in the day, so these are pre-drink pics. Really good grape character on this, funk wasn’t as prevalent as expected.

Really surprised that for 4-5months, it ages so well. On February it was too tarty but now, Gently funk with red graped flavor. It balanced soooooo welll.
