Je sort dans ma grotte pour tapper celle là. Mais c'est dont bin bon. J'anticipais un côté sûre et non. Belle touche fruité, une belle bouteille

Very red vinous character, little funk.

Hapahkon marjainen, herukkainen, erittäin pitkä jälkimaku.

Oaky, a little dry and vinous. Some funk but overall I really wish I had this next to the wine to really get the grape, which I’m not at all familiar with.

Ruby red. Low carb. Nose is earthy and red fruit. Taste is lovely. Bright red fruits, hints of sweetness, funk and a fairly astringent dry finish.

Winey with red fruit notes, very well balanced and tasting superb

Heel smooth. Heeft weinig meer van de spicyness wat ik eerder proefde. Toch mooi 🤟

Interesting to try a fresher draft pour after having a 2020 mag pour at the tasting earlier today. This was fruitier, less pepper and tannin than the other, ultimately a bit less interesting but much more deliciously drinkable.

Wine: super tannic. Super fruity. Beer: magnum. Fruity. Much more balanced tannins.

Magnum bottle. I actually prefer the wine. Not my favorite of the day, but would likely be my favorite any other day ;)

#6 biggest contradiction between wine and lambic. Wine is heavy and tannic, lambic is reasonably light and fruity
