Dufter af og åbner smagen med citrus, så kommer engang grønne æbler, lidt funk og lidt kiks, eftersmagen er af grønne æbler og let eddike som kommer snigende i tiltagende grad. Meget smooth og afrundet oplevelse, den hverken sparker eller slår dit fjæs.

Im großen Kelch weniger aufreibend aber umspült jede Ecke, davon bekommt man den Hals nicht voll. Frisch gehäutete Pfirsichkugel, aber die Maissüße kriege ich nicht aus dem Kopf 02/21

17 Feb 21 bottling. Much better than the last (2020) batches of Cantillon Gueuze I’ve had. Classic woody, funky, green apple and citrus flavours with fine carbonation.

Better than previous years. Aroma is wheat, grainy, young lambic. Taste is quite mild and smooth, not too acidic. Medium carbonation for Cantillon standards. Aftertaste is quite clean.

Belgische klassieker van tap bij een barretje in een kleine stad in Polen. Wist niet dat ze de lambieken ook op vat uit brachten.

Geuzetasting finale: #2 Close call met #1. Cantillon is zeer consistent. Zacht, licht zuurtje, mooi afgerond
