Kleur: iets meer troebeler geel. Geur: appel, geel fruit, yeasty and funky. Smaak: tarty, citrustonen fijne mousse.

Bottled 20/05/21 Aroma ripe apple skins citrus & honey. Tart dryness yet sweet 😋 Woody tannic hay & funky bretty yeast flavours. Lightly effervescent. 😋 Funky scrumpy & gooseberries. 🍻🇧🇪 *drink within 20 yrs of bottling Completed it mate 👍🏻

4.30. On their menu it's Classic Gueuze with a different label. But I guess "classic gueuze" is just gueuze.
