Vinous and oakey with a decent acidity provided by the rhubarb addition. Delicate, amazingly balanced and structured mouthfeel. Light-bodied & dry finish. A true belgian delicacy!

4.40! Sourness of the rhubarb is nicely balanced with the lambiek. Held up very well, very good!

Superbe! Balancé, délicat, la rhubarbe dégage des arômes subtils mais tellement frais.

Drinking superbly, rich deep cantillon funk, rhubarb is distinct but everything comes together perfectly

The. Use is near perfect right now. Fruitier than 2017 at the moment plus that bitter floral character. Quite good

More woody and rich. Possibly slightly corked, but still dope. Will be very interesting to see if this one takes a turn for the worse or improves.

rhubarb usually isn’t my cup of tea, but this has aged well where the vegetal notes are subtle but still present. Pretty nice overall

Didn’t pick up the Cantillon funk in blind tasting, subtle. Thanks Matthew C.

Barnyard funk, rhubarb, wood, slightly tart, wonderfully balanced and a nice layered complexity. Fantastic!
