Mini vertical 2020-2023. 2023 - 3.75 Really fruity, lacking carbonation. 2022 - 4.0 Solid 2021 - 4.25 Favorite of the bunch, excellent carbonation and nicely balanced. 2020 - 4.0 Best carbonation, but the fruit has faded a lot.

You come all the to Brooklyn and end up with killer Cantillion on draft. Very happy… lambic with great rhubarb notes

Not clear which vintage. This index is a mess. Unlike this rhubarb lambiek, even if the draught dispensing methods takes away some of that specific zesty fruit character. Sulphurs piercing through the rhubarb. - will Re-revisit bottled.

25ème DDC. Petite Nath on the side. So avait jamais goûté, vraiment bien équilibré cette batch.

Sour pas trop sour fruitée légèrement boisée contenant un goût de levures hors de l'ordinaire, bien content d'y avoir goûté à cette bière vieillie en baril de vin.

Another rhubarb lambic, apparently. Very tasty, very tart. Almost a (very) sour green apple note at the end, lovely.
