Funky blueberry with loads of vanilla, both on the nose and the pallette. Oddly, it has notes of raspberry as it warms, too. Sour notes increase as it warms, but funky is still the lead note.

bardzo malinowo pestkowiec, hubba bubba, trochę cyjanku, pestki wiśni mocno. Intensywny piwek, dużo mocniejszy od 3 w odczuciu subiektywntm, ale tak naturalnie go ulega. 3.8

Missed one from Zwanze Day… this thing ROCKED! Blueberries, Raspberries and Vanilla? I wanted it to taste like a Berry Pie Lambic and it did! Outstanding!

Mostly raspberry/blueberry on the nose with little bit of that Cantillon funk after. Vanilla is well incorporated and really rounds out the tart berry flavors.

Taste of raspberries and blueberries, vanilla wasn't easy recognizable tough. Smooth and funky mouthfeel.

Zwanze Day: Wasn't impressed as with batch #1 back in the days. Good berries presence along with funk character, but didn't get the vanilla & found the flavour more acidic than expected.

During Zwanze Day Thessaloniki. Raspberries were there but I couldn't taste any vanilla. Not as mind-blowing as B1, but a really nice fruit lambic. Need to taste a bottle of this...

Pretty acidic after a long day of lambic. Good but not as smooth or vanilla forward as other bottles

Superb aroma. This is one of my favourites at Cantillon. Superb raspberry and blueberry blend.
