23 FEBRUARY 2021 - Light citrus, apple skins, musty cherry, yeast, & faint oak in the aroma. Starts w/light citrus & faint apple. Light lemon, cherry, yeast, & faint vinegar in the finish give it a Flemish Red vibe w/ mild bitterness & herbal notes.

Haven’t had this one in a while. Maltier than most Cantillon, a hint of tea flavor, tart and briney and funky. Quite fruity too. Nice beer.

Siempre es un placer encontrarte con una Iris. Nunca falla! Definicion de campo en cada sorbo que tomas. Flores, hierbas y algo de frutas de en compota. Acabamos el año con broche de oro.
