This is tasting wicked, really barnyardy and funky but still with a good amount of fruit. Must be close to its peak.

Nath is the brewer’s wife and each vintage features a new drawing of her from the kindergarten where she works. Incredibly balanced, not overly sour at all, the rhubarb adds a nice fruitiness. Spices and wood in the background. Subtle but so so classy 🐳

Rhubarb is very strong, close to a wood flavour. Acidity is pretty powerful too, and gives an interesting prolongation of rhubarb flavours. The mouthfeel is pretty astringent. Funk is absent. Edit : more funk as it warms up

Beau funk avec une finale sur la prune/poire en bouche. beau nez de rhubarbe et un peu cuire/caoutchouc brulé. Pas trop acide , se boit tres bien

Last bottle. Rhubarb intensity and funk seem to have mellowed out quite a bit from what I recall. Glad to be drinking this now rather than cellaring it any longer.

Zo licht, rabarber zit er perfect in. Ging goed met pate.

Sour, dry and acidic. The rhubarb came through very subtle. Crushed quickly.

Fitting beer for our ten year anniversary. This might be my fave cantillon behind Rose. It has a solid helping of rhubarb which works so nicely in a lambic and slight herbaceous note.

La rhubarbe apporte une dimension acidulée qui ne se retrouve dans aucune autre saisonnière de la brasserie. Vive la réouverture des terrasses 🙏🙏🙏
