My first Cantillon! Pretty much a straightforward Lambic with light oak and yeast notes, a subtle rhubarb feel and a prominent tart profile. Thin mouthfeel with still a long lasting acidic finish.

Really nice fluffy-fruity beer. Rhubarb is really well presented. Not impressed but I liked the experience

S’approche de la version de base avec un petit kick acide de rhubarbe en fin de bouche. C’est délicat, subtil, bien fait.
