Glad we got to try it again 🙏 Thanks Lau 🤓👌 Refined integration of sea buckthorn.. You even get a super light sweetness to compliment the berry & tart impression.. Most def worth another revisit..

5/2021 bottling. Super interesting nose: funk, vegetality (mild boiled asparagus), grass. Palate is tart right off the bat, but it mellows into a faintly vegetal funk with hints of white grape skin and sour lemon. Like this better than last time, very

Tons of cheesy funk on the nose. As it opened up there was a pencil lead/cigarette ash smell. Less funk on the palate, more fruitiness. Really unique and enjoyable

Duindoornbessen. Die zijn goed zuur. Vineus. De afdronk blijft prettig lang hangen. Sluit af met fruitige en frisse tonen. En een doordringend zuurtje.

Funky, intense, punchy. Nice fruit character with a touch of musty burnt hair. Lovely.

Nez foin / funk / cuir / écurie, c'est vraiment foufou dans le verre. La baie d'argousier est légère sur l'attaque, on a un gros kick funky qui reste longtemps en bouche.

The sea buckthorn is definitely a unique flavour. I like the fruit, but it's definitely different and probably not my favourite. Good water profile.
