Hoho dat typisch stallig neuzeke... smaakbeleving is heel anders dan geur doet vermoeden. Fruitig zuurtje in de smaak dat echt groeit met de slok. Bier nood aan zuurstof maar erg lekker werk weer van Cantillon!

Lemon, underlying apple, floral, oak, hints of barnyard funk, earthy bitterness, tartness/very slight acidity that helps to cut through the rich bitterness. There’s a slight vinous, herbal element from the hops but it’s faded. Nice, overall.

Zgaduje rocznik bo brak info. Czuć te chmiele for sure, fajna skorkowa cierpkość w finiszu. Do lekkości Plasira brakuje ale dalej smukłe i sesyjne.

Quintessence evening - CSG on draft isn't as good as bottle, as for a lot of thing, still nice, 4.1 👍

Not bad, easier than usual, but mostly way less hoppy than usual. Like an old one. And not sure it's a big problem.

Trying this (3 Feb 21) bottle again before I open the new 2022 stuff. Hops have faded, yet the bright carb and pleasant tartness remain.
