A more acidic beer from Cantillon but very subtle ans not overwhelming on the palate. More woody in the nose and an intermezzo of barrel and grape on the palate.

Found this a little acidic on release. Well that’s not the case now. It’s bright and breezy still, with a bit of fust and stink. Rounding out good.

Alltid likt Gilloise, men har smakt den bedre før. Mye sitrongress i denne flaska. Aprikos og granny smith epler, noe vanilje. Markant syre. Cantillon eddik signatur med lufting. Moderat funk.

Really nice sour beer. Interesting nose w lightly floral hop note & mild funk. Light bodied brew w soft malt bill. I really like the hop element here. Light floral noble hop character adds depth to complex sour profile. Mild acidity w some funk in finish

Zachte en tegelijk ook zurige Geuze. Hoppige nasmaakt maakt het geheel af. Perfectie!
