LCI hier soir. Le palais commençait à fatiguer, mais il n'en demeure pas moins que ce fut la cerise sur le gâteau !

Celle là était peut-être de trop, mais bon, on s'est laissés porter 😅. Rhubarbe, funk, belle sécheresse. Rien à dire.

Leathery, oily, dried leaves, fruity. Layers of aromas and flavors. Great lambic.

Rhubarb adds just a bit of acidity. Overall below average for Cantillon standards, but still quite enjoyable.

Fin färg, härligt pärlande kolsyra och en fin smak av rabarber och möjligtvis en aning hallon i eftersmaken. Servitrisen nämnde att man lagt till lite hallon för att korrigera nått misstag i processen.
