Rabarber smaakt best prima. Nog nooit als groente gegeten maar in deze lambiek komt het mij inderdaad wel groentenachtig over. Zuurtje maar zeker ook een zoetje. En iets van umami? Desalniettemin lekker tutter biertje bij dit regenachtig weer.
