Nie wiedzą jaki rok xd Keg bez oznaczenia, więc daje na ostatni istniejący. W aromacie funky, kwiatowe lekko, cytrusowe mocno. W ustach kwaskowe, dzikie, mocno cytrusowe, grejpfrut, dużo albedo z goryczką, ściąga trochę. Fajne

My iteration on vin jaune goes on in this quintessence 🤣 this time it's lambic de deuxieme passage on vin jaune barrels. And it's again difficult yet more drinkable. Spiciness is still strong, this time recalls mustard, but the lambic part lives on.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Flat La Vie. Curry, walnuts, grilled lemons and cobweb funk. Very tasty but needs the carbonation to really come alive.

Favorite beer from tap all weekend. So so so creamy, loads of vin jaunt all over the place, so damn drinkable. Had 5 pours or so over the weekend. What a fantastic way to serve this!

Another home run cantillon. It's like they stripped the lemon from the 2020 belge bottle and dialed down the carb do get a lively woody complex and very lightly funky loon.
