Balsamic forward. Clear gold with almost no head. Balsamic aroma, barrel, red wine. Light acidity, not much carbonation, oak, light red wine notes, really refreshing even though it’s from 2018/19

Complex, deep, funk, musty, oaky, lightly acetic. Medium high sour. Tannic, sweet tart, crisp finish

Sour, tart, dry. Sherry, dry oak, citrus, musty funk. Smooth, a little bit acidic. Very nice.
