Très très bon. Vin blanc , raisin ,bois, acide, funky, belle pétillance. Dommage que la bouteille ait explosé et que je n'en ai sauve qu'un verre.

Fruit is buried beneath higher acidity compared to the other times I've had this one.

October 12, 2020. Moderate fruit. Medium-high acidity, more so than other bottles.

Lovely apricot, peach, honey, vinous, oak, funk. The issue is the acidity which increases on warmth. 3.8

Première vigne. J’aime bien ! Vineux, floral à souhait avec un petit tart pas désagréable… Je constate que je ne suis pas un gars de lambic, et voilà, c’est dit!
