Rhubarbe, sèche. Acidité et funk léger. Manque un peu de longueur

Starts really juicy. Mineraly and dry finish. Really aromatic and tasty rhubarb. Well balanced. Good!

Dire "la solita Cantillon" può sembrare riduttivo, ma non lo è affatto, poiché la soddisfazione di bere un lambic proveniente da Anderlecht è sempre enorme. Inconfondibile fin dal profumo, al gusto il rabarbaro si sposa perfettamente.

Beautiful rustic. Funky, moldy, leathery. Barn, hay, Brett. Farm grip. Punchy rhubarb. Apple. Acidic. Woody, oakey. So classy, elegant. A lil' malt/grain feel. Base sweetness. Low-medium bodied, silky, almost smooth, low carb. Almost flat. Astringent. VG
