1ste check in. Low carb nog. Hop forward; citrus, bitterheid. Vrij droog, earthy. Beetje funk maar nie veel. Wel heel zacht. Citrus, pompelmoes, gember vanvoor op de tong. Ziltig, brett vanachter. Olieachtige bruocsella mondgevoel. Nog meer rijping!

LCI. Pretty unique. Sour, lemony and acidic with minimal funk. Some interesting sherry character too. I think this will be unreal with some age.

Im missing that classic cantillon character in this one. U can taste the potential but it will take time. Atm I’m even getting some nailpoöosh, which faded after having the glass sit for a while

Bardzo fajne i szlachetne, dość intensywne. Sporo octu i trochę piwnicy. Dziwne bo paleta cytrynowa, ale średnio kwaśna i idąca w ocet

Side by Side met de Oude Gueuze van 3F. Een wereld van verschil. Zoeter, citrus, plat. Benieuwd hoe deze rijpt.

Fruitig (citrus) op de voorgrond met een klein gebalanceerd zuurtje. Klein nadeel is wel dat de smaak redelijk snel verdwijnt en wat plat wordt.

Bra cantillonsignum. Nästan helt platt, med fokus på stenfrukt. Gula plommon aprikoser, torkat hö och torrt avslut. Värd att skaffa fatt i om man gillar loon.

LCI. It's a nice brew. Pretty much the same flavour profile as when I had it first back in August. Green apple, sourness and acidic. Funk hasn't arrived yet. This one needs some more time.
