Très minérale et soft, au risque de me contredire. Le funk est très discret en bouche, même si le nez raconte une toute autre histoire. Bien fait! 🙌

For me the max Cantillon geuze can hit. Canti funk, lemony, bitter, smooth, balanced. Older too sour, younger too sweet. For me 3-5 years really is peak.

Heavy lacto, grapefruit, mild acidity. Not much funk on this one yet. Drinking well.

It took 3 people to find this bottle and they confirmed twice that I really wanted to pay that much for it. Then they were surprised when there was a cork under the cap. Finally drinking it now.

Funk, super dry, lemon, bitters. Last of this batch but an upcoming UK shift will rectify that
