If I’m going to pick one bottle to drink, it has to be the world renowned kriek lambic. :) Acidic tart cherry aroma, hints of earth. Super tart cherry flavor, mouth puckering and drying at the same time. I feel like this vintage still needs to mellow…

Nice surprise tonight that Lionel brought back from Brussels last week, merci ! Lovely, lots of cherries and still very lively, complex, tart, balanced with moderate acidity. I usually prefer raspberry but any Lou Pepe is outstanding !

Bardzo pestkowy, wiśniowy, waniliowy z nutką cynamonu kriek. Kwaśność na średnim, w sumie mało zauważalnym jak na krieka poziomie. Dosc delikatne. Pyszka!

Aromat super świeża wisnia, rozerwany super dojrzały owoc, lekko pestka. W smaku jakby się właśnie jadło dojrzałe wiśnie. Dalej wychodzi pestka, super kwaśne. Rewelacyjne piwo.

Mocno kwaśna wersja. Nadal sporo nut pestkowych, cynamonowych. Lekki ocet ale w tle, i sporo takiej zielonej gałązki. Klasa

LPK is always a pleasure. Still a slightly acidic bottling, but there is definitely ripe cherries, smooth almond and sweetness to balance. Needs some more time and then it will be exceptional.

Le nez de cette bière est insane! Canelle un peu cardamome et cerise à fond. En bouche la cerise te guide du début à la fin, légère acidité qui vient de la cerise, épicé, belle longueur, overall vraiment Nice et très différent de la 3f avec la même cerise
