Nytårsraket. Stadig 🔥 Super cremet og balanceret og selvom druen har ændret sig lidt til en mere sød side, så rammer den stadig mine smagsløg lige i røven 👌🤤

Last of 2022. Vinous. Strong grapes aroma. The grapes bouquet is complex. Candied fruit, orange, lemon zest, candies. Light sweet. Light sour. More sweet than sour. Light carbonation. Funky. It seems a Vinsanto for the long lasting sweet fruit aftertaste.

I don’t think I’d like this any older. Huge Chardonnay presence with the tones of the other grapes. Delicious. For those of you who know me well, I’ve consumed almost half the bottle-says it all.

Vraiment mon genre de lambic. Le raisin explose en bouche. Saveurs de vin blanc et même d’ananas. Assez tart et minérale. Excellent.

Inte den bästa av Cantillon specialare, men förstås ändå bra. Jag väldigt speciell smak. Drar nästan åt tokajvin. Saknar lite fräschör.

03 March 2021 - Light apple/pear up front. The finish has a lot of white wine notes mixed with lemon, a touch of vinegar, and a slight hint of funky blue cheese.

Whoa, the most complex of the bunch. Super funky & cheesy on the nose. Barnyard funk & a lot of pears. Fizzy mouthfeel. Begs to be paired with stinky cheese.
