Fresh fou is always a treat, so vibrant and so many layers of stone fruit.

Young Fou on draft against West Ashley Cuvee for the Trappist's 14th anniversary. Battle Apricot is on.

In comparison to the fruit skin on the nose of West Ashley Cuvee, Fou is lightly floral cheese funk. Good head retention. Candied fruit seeps seamlessly into and perfumes the whole beer. IMHO there is one winner to Battle Apricot, but you should try...

Hard to rate as we’re having it as a foumosa. Or a Fou’s Fizz maybe? Happy Christmas. Very good hangover brunch drink either way

Herbal, minty, veggie vibes. Green apples, peaches, barnyardy, grassy flavors. Young and restless.

Fine drinking, but if I were having this blind, I wouldn't have been able to identify it. The least fruity Fou' Found I've ever had.

My favorite of the tasting. Ordered 2 glasses of this. The apricots shine through the special sour acidity of the lambic. Wish I could drink this every day.

Fresh, smooth and fruity apricots. Very smooth and elegant. Medium funky and sour aftertaste, rather deep. Some vinegar, hints of bitterness. Terrific.
