Bright, peachy, tart, and surprisingly crushable. Going on 4 hours of sleep, but had to get a draft Cantillon because…… we’re in Brussels!!! 🇧🇪🥰🙏

On Zwanze Day 2021. The youngest version (against the 2014 - left on pic). Fruitier. Apricot notes in typical Cantillon base. (Biased note)

I’m in a little deep right now, but this is also blowing my mind. There’s a healthy amount of yeast-forward sour in every sip, but the surrounding flavor is exactly like peach cobbler. Earthy, decomposed leaves. Smells like a neglected fruit bowl.

21st birthday beer! Complex but easily drinkable. Sour and a little funky with a peachy finish. Excellent.

처음 향은 그냥 람빅같다. 온도올라가니까 살구 그자체 나옴. 먹고나서 살구 껍질향 남음. 이번거는 밸런스가 잘 맞는 것 같다.

Soft funk, apricot flesh, vanilla, restrained acidity. I’ve had this beer aged and fresh now. The fresh experience is far superior. The apricot is bright. It shines. This beer is incredible.

Aprikoser i lambic er bare så vanvittig digg, og fou foune er vel kanskje det aller beste å få av dette. Massevis av fleshy og fruktig apeikossmak sammen med funk, stall, gress og fjøs. Meget bra syre som løfter smakene.
