Œil : jaune, col fin. Nez : belles notes de muscat, léger brett, notes de fruits. Bouche : belle puissance, muscat, juteux, acidité superbement équilibré, notes de cidre, douceur. Superbe !

Yesterday. Sweet and slightly dry. Grapes are definitely more present here. Sourness is pretty mild, which isn't unusual for a Cantillon grape Lambic. Really tasty and drinks easy.

Un petit air de Sophia au nez, en bouche c'est bien juicy sur le raisin, de la minéralité, un petit côté Vin Santo. Très cool

Really good, very similar to an orange muscat wine. Juicy apple notes, floral, almond, quince, pear, .... very juicy grape overall. Easy drinking and complexe, great stuff.

Smells of sweet grapes, but in taste it's a lot more complex.. A lot of grapes, grape skins, sweet juicy notes, dry and vinous aftertaste, like a sweet white wine! Really well integrated into the lambic!
