Nose is not great in the beginning, grows after a bit but still a bit too on the aromatic part, losing a bit of the straight flavors. Good and vinous, not their best though.

Round 3. Again I'm not keen on the (natural) wine - boozy & harsh - but the beer is loads better. Gentle grapey vibes with a dry finish

This one and the next were rough. The wine’s nose was herbal/medicinal and almost chemical. The beer muted that under bolder funk, with a tannic dry finish. I would not want the wine again at all, but the beer was really nice.

Très éloigné du souvenir que j'avais de la première bouteille. Franchement sucrée et monolithique, c'est nettement moins intéressant que dans mes souvenirs. Ça reste bon mais le sucre rassasie assez vite

Light, fruity, vinous. Sour and tart, green grapes, florals. Very nice.

Some sourness get through the vinous part. Less harmonious than I remember. Floral, mainly, then white wine and tartness.

Can feel a little solvent but overall good. Stone fruits, fresh squeezed grapes and a nice subtle acidity.
