Bleuet, poivre, framboise, végétal, un peu floral, menthe poivre. Palette de goût très intéressante, comme les toujours la camerise. Un peu trop acétique.

Hanasta. Tyylikäs hapan karpaloinen lambic. Parasta täällä Stapassa on juuri nämä hanassa olevat lambicit.

Sweetish blueberry-ish aroma. Light body, sweetish and mildly tart. Surprisingly sweet flavor of blueberries and some (black)currant. Surprisingly sweet for a Cantillon.

Nie tak dobre jak Sang Bleu xD trafiło się trochę octu w smaku ale te jagody (kamczackie?) robią świetną robotę, do tego taka stara skóra, nuty poziomkowo-jagodowe, robi to wrażenie.
