Complex, light fruit. Big horse blanket finish that fades into the grapes. 4.6

Bright and crushable, with a lot of pop and zest. Berries, plums, a touch of orange, no real tannin / astringency. Glad to have another to age out. 😀

Such a beautiful wine/lambic hybrid. Powerful red grapes, some floral note like rose petals, warm-ish with tannic vinous finish. So tart and dry, super dry. Solid and drinkable.

Classic Cantillon cork funk throughout. The wine shines through enough to let you know it’s there but the Gueze is the star of the show. Would love to taste this 10 years from now.

Already a nice musty funk developing, almost a like smoky quality on the backend. But this is still a new beer, so the grape flavor is big and juicy right now. There's an intriguing linger that invites more sips. This will get better.

Delicious. But fruity and vinous notes with bangin loon base.

Grape must, woody hints, very slight hints of cherries, grapes in the aroma. Super well balanced, grapy, vinous, spicy notes. Long, vinous aftertaste. Really great and refined grape blend.

The most subtle Cantillon I've had yet. Mild tartness, great funk, and really well balanced red grape, with more fruit than the tannin.

Tons of grape flavor and red wine tannins. Very mild acidty for a lambic and insanely balanced. Loved this

This is ridiculous. I’m confused by it, but also really really enjoy it.

Extraordinary. All the good things from grapes grown in the southern areas. Powerful sour cherries, funk berries, vigorous mouthfeel and tannins on finish. Reminds me the strength and aroma of Aglianico wine. Vibrant, fizzy, absolutely not boring. 4.70

Deep grape aroma, blueberries, blackberries, excellent transition and very smooth.
